Yes! Moments works like a native app when added to your home screen - no App Store needed.
Safari (iPhone): tap the three dots (⋯) → Share (↑) → View More → Add to Home Screen → Add.
Chrome (iPhone): tap the Share button (↑) → View More → Add to Home Screen → Add.
Android: tap the three dots (⋮) → Add to Home Screen.
Once added, it opens full-screen just like a real app.

No. Moments is a web app - guests just scan a QR code or tap a link and they're in instantly. No App Store, no sign-up required to upload photos.
Your album is fully active until the end of your event day. From the day after, it becomes read-only - guests can still view and download photos, but can no longer upload. 30 days after your event date, the album and all photos are permanently deleted, so make sure you download everything before then. Need longer? Get in touch and we'll sort something out.
As many as they like. There's no cap on the number of photos per guest or per album - so whether you have 20 guests or 200, everyone can share as much as they want.
Yes - you and your guests can download individual photos at any time during the active window. Admins can also download all photos at once as a zip file directly from the dashboard.
Yes. Your album is only accessible to people who have your unique link or QR code. It's not listed publicly anywhere, and we don't share your guests' photos with anyone.
